About this position

The Senior Education Planning Specialist Papua Region will be responsible for providing technical input on education planning and Minimum Service Standards (MSS) to various governmental bodies in Papua, aiming to enhance service delivery and promote inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs and assistances in education aspects to formulation and implementation of Special Autonomy policies in the region.
• Provide technical inputs on education aspects in preparation of MSS action plan in the region.
• Provide training to local stakeholders on education planning and MSS implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education planning and policy development.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and decentralization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with government and non-government stakeholders.
• Commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusion of vulnerable groups.
