About this position

Prospera is seeking a Registered Training Organisation or Technical College to deliver an ‘Inclusive and Transformative Leadership’ training program to approximately 100 Government of Indonesia officials from February to May 2025, building on previous training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an ‘Inclusive and Transformative Leadership’ training program.
• Develop and deliver training modules that link closely to Indonesian partner systems and priorities.
• Ensure training design and delivery expertise, particularly in a developing country and public sector context.
• Engage in cross-cultural communication throughout the training process.

Requirements

• Significant expertise in training design and delivery.
• Experience in a developing country and public sector context.
• Experience in cross-cultural communication.
• Ideally, experience working in Indonesia.
