About this position

The Project Officer (Climate & Energy) will ensure that the Climate & Energy team activities are implemented in a professional and timely manner, including design, logistics, contractual management, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Climate & Energy team activities (design, logistics, contractual management, and administration) are being implemented in a professional and timely manner.
• Arrange meetings both internally within Prospera and in liaison with counterpart agencies.
• Provide project and events and travel management support.
• Be in charge of contractual management of advisers and sub-contracted firms, by monitoring the inputs and budget expenditure.
