About this position

The Performance Manager for the Promoting Advancement of Women in Indonesia’s Infrastructure Sector (PAVE) will focus on enhancing opportunities for women in infrastructure to advance into leadership and management roles through networking, mentoring, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Expand and strengthen networks and mentoring for women in the infrastructure sector to support their career progression.
• Support the role of women’s associations that assist women in infrastructure, including Forum Perempuan Insinyur – Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia/PII (FPI-PII), the Community of Women in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH), and in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (MoSOEs).
• Work directly with one or two motivated infrastructure companies (private sector, public and/or state-owned enterprises) to support their efforts in reviewing and improving programs, policies, and support for women.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in gender equality and social inclusion initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure sector in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in capacity building and mentoring.
