About this position

The Lead Adviser Infrastructure Funding and Financing will support the KIAT program's goal of sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure in Indonesia, working with various stakeholders to achieve high-quality project preparation and financing.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality project preparation for up to 6 PPP projects.
• Facilitate preparation of Greenfield projects, Brownfield expansion, asset monetisation, and investment platform projects.
• Develop Full Business Case (FBC), readiness documents, transaction structuring and documentation.
• Conduct public consultations and market sounding.
• Provide capacity building.
• Mainstream climate change considerations through climate change and disaster risk assessment.
• Develop climate resilient project design to facilitate access to green and climate financing.
• Measure potential Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and incorporate appropriate GHG emission reduction measures in project design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in infrastructure funding and financing.
• Strong understanding of public-private partnerships (PPP) and project preparation processes.
• Experience in climate change considerations in infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
