About this position

The Enumerator position is part of the PROAKTIF Program, a three-year partnership between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia aimed at strengthening social protection policies and systems in Indonesia, particularly in East Jawa Province.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and collect data in the field.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected.
• Assist in the training of local enumerators.
• Collaborate with the Community Welfare Policy Assistance Team.
• Report findings and provide feedback to the project team.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in data collection.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data collection and survey methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local context and communities in East Jawa.
• Proficiency in using data collection tools and software.
• Commitment to promoting gender equality and social inclusion.
