About this position

The Deputy Lead (Climate and Energy) will play a pivotal role in guiding Prospera’s climate policy engagement across multiple stakeholders, including government, development partners, private sector actors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in guiding Prospera’s climate policy engagement across multiple stakeholders, including government, development partners, private sector actors, and internal teams.
• Demand strategic leadership, high-level coordination, and the development of an active political economy strategy to link Prospera's analysis to realistic climate policy pathways.
• Manage Prospera’s ongoing climate and energy transition initiative.

Requirements

• Significant experience in economic policy advocacy.
• Government engagement.
• Multi-stakeholder policy development.
• Expertise on climate change economic policy action.
