About this position
The Communication and Knowledge Management Internship offers hands-on experience in supporting communication and knowledge management processes for the Policy Support Team under the PROAKTIF program in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
• Support the development and sharing of content on poverty research and policy.
• Organize and manage knowledge products.
• Support the organization and hosting of knowledge sharing events and training sessions.
• Enhance understanding of communication and knowledge management.
Requirements
• Fresh graduate or final-year student in communication, information/library studies, or related fields.
• Proficiency in social media management, content planning, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Basic skills in data analysis, knowledge organization, and repository management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong spoken and written English, an asset.
• Experience or coursework in event planning and hosting, including training, workshops and conferences.
• Ability to summarize.
