About this position

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for product approval and compliance in Thailand for Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) and Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) Business Units. They will provide regulatory support to various departments and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RA compliance reviews of products and manage dossier preparations for approvals
• Submit dossiers to local authorities and follow up on approval process
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments and propose mitigation plans
• Prioritize and negotiate tasks in a dynamic environment
• Monitor changes in regulatory environment and communicate impact
• Represent the company externally with Thai FDA, industry associations, and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutritional Science, Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs in food, food supplement and pharmaceuticals
• Strong working experience in Health/ Dietary/ Food Supplements, Food and Pharmaceuticals
• Collaborative and influencing skills with internal colleagues, customers and authorities
• Good language skills (Thai, English & other languages a plus)
• Ability to integrate creative and business thinking in regulatory solutions
• Capability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic organization
