About this position

The Account Manager position at dsm-firmenich in Bangkok, Thailand involves driving sales growth, strategic account management, market and customer insights, project management, collaboration and communication, and financial acumen and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, solicit leads, and provide support to achieve significant sales and profitability growth with existing and new products.
• Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans, building strong relationships with key accounts and distributors for long-term success.
• Market & Customer Insights: Track and report on market trends, competition, and regulations. Analyze customer needs and develop opportunity maps to maximize profitability.
• Project Management & CRM: Manage customer projects in CRM, prioritize initiatives, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with regional teams to define pricing forecasts, support marketing activities, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Financial Acumen & Reporting: Budget sales activities, track performance, and report on financial results and forecasts. Ensure accurate financial reporting and monitor customer payment behavior.
