Account Manager
About this position
Join our team as an Account Manager in Indonesia, where you'll drive and execute our account strategies to achieve outstanding business results. You'll play a key role in developing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with our sales strategies and corporate guidelines.
Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement specific account tactics and plans to achieve pre-defined sales and customer relationship objectives. Drive both short-term results and long-term success.
• Sales Plan Development: Contribute to the development of our overall sales plan, ensuring alignment with strategic and tactical objectives.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Build sustainable cross-layer networks within defined accounts. Engage directly and position key stakeholders effectively to accelerate business development.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify long-term business opportunities within accounts and incorporate them into the overall account strategy and plan.
• Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and secure sales contracts with accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Technical & After-Sales Support: Coordinate technical service and after-sales activities to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
You bring:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition or related field
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development with proven track record, preferably in fat & oil industry and markets.
• Good communication skill, passion for sales and a proven negotiator with ability to build rapport with customers.
• Performance and target driven, positive mind-set and team player
• Autonomous and self-driven professional with ability to learn technical products and communicate them effectively.
• Demonstrates clear problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively cross-function and navigate successfully within matrix organization.
