Product Manager/Brand Manager
About this position
The Product Manager/Brand Manager is responsible for conducting market research, developing product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product management with business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Initiate NPD road map lead 4Ps& Product management for IT, Accessory.
• Set up brand marketing strategy plan with includes NPD opportunities for channel TT, MT.
• Develop product strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain and R&D, to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
• Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market research and customer needs.
• Handle with Inventory, P&L management for the responsible brands.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economic, Engineering or related fields. Master's Degree is a plus.
• Experience 5-10 years in product management, brand management, channel, marketing.
• Strong numerical and analytical skill in using data and market information to drive strategies, action plans and decision making.
• Able to think analytically Plan work management and solve problems.
