About this position

Dow Thailand Group is looking for Heath Service Nurse, to located in Map Ta Phut site, Rayong. You will provide expertise to ensure Dow Health Services Operating Disciplines are well implemented to meet both Government and Dow requirements. Additionally, enhances employee health status in order to support business success.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality implementation of the Health Services Management Standard for Dow employees, specified contractor employees and visitors.
• Closely coordinate with the Regional Health Director.
• Assesses and communicates with Site Leadership regarding the quality and types of services needed based on employee and site health issues and concerns.
• In partnership with Environmental Health and Safety professionals, assures the protection of the health of the workforce by managing health risks and health related productivity.
• Implement medical surveillance programs, manage specific Health Assessment Programs plan for assigned employee groups.
• Case Management of work related and non-work-related injury/illnesses.
• Provide health education and counseling and deliver global wellness program to site employee.
• Medical emergency response service collaborating with site emergency services and security.
• Implement pandemic preparedness plan to site when needed.
• Conduct periodic self-assessment based on Operational Discipline Management System (ODMS) requirement.
• Maintain medical records in compliance medical legal requirements.
• Ability to practice occupational health nursing with honesty, integrity and respect. Utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the relevant requirements.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years with graduated Bachelor of Nursing Science. Experience in factory health service is preferred.
• Has knowledge and experience on the Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health.
• Good English skills, equivalent to TOEIC score > 600.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship effectiveness.
• In-depth problem-solving ability and be able to work independently.
• Self-motivated and well organized.
• Good computer skills (MS Office Applications).
• Be flexible and be able to stand by to assigned on call (scheduling including weekend).
