About this position
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate client and partner data in the CRM system.
• Serve as the primary contact for international clients.
• Build and manage partner relationships, including contracts and collaborations.
• Track leads and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Content Editor to align CRM insights with marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in CRM, event planning, or partnership management.
• Proficiency in CRM software & tools (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce).
• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Project Management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English spoken and written is a must.
• Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
