Le poste de Manager projet Odoo en Indonésie implique la gestion de projets Odoo pour nos clients, de l'analyse à la production, tout en assurant la formation et le support des utilisateurs.
• Project Management: Lead the implementation of Odoo solutions for our clients, guiding projects from the analysis phase to production. This includes planning, coordinating teams, and tracking deliverables.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze client requirements to propose tailored solutions, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Customization and Development: Work closely with our development team to customize Odoo modules based on the specific needs of each project.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and offer ongoing support after implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our internal processes and the solutions we deliver to clients.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Odoo project management, with a strong technical and functional background.
• Languages: Native proficiency in French with strong English skills. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Odoo modules, customization abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage client relationships.
• Adaptability: Open-minded and able to thrive in a multicultural environment. International experience is an added advantage.
