We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize the operations of our Thailand Sales Office. This role involves overseeing daily activities, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring operational excellence aligned with our company's objectives.
Responsibilities
• Oversea and administer the sales operations team.
• Assist to Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations of the Thailand Sales office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Manage operational budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and approaches.
• Oversee Customer Service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Forex industry of at least 5 years.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet business development targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
• Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Native in Thai language both written and oral.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as required to attend meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen.
