Legal Assistant / Secretary
About this position
The Legal Assistant / Secretary position involves providing administrative support related to legal documentation and compliance, while ensuring effective communication and organization within the legal department.
Responsibilities
• General administrative tasks related to legal works documentation, organizes files and contract automate systems and corporate electronics database.
• Carries on corporate secretarial and compliance administrations e.g. maintain board of directors and shareholders documents, training records and legal billings etc.
• Schedule meetings and arrange for delivery of correspondence.
• Liaises with external counsels and coordinate with internal departments for Asia markets.
• Support other tasks as assigned by Legal Director/Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with good communication in English (both spoken and writing) / TOEIC above 650
• At least 5 years of experience in Admin related works (in law firm or in-house legal department) is an advantage.
• Highly organized, efficient with an attention to detail
• Proactive, Interpersonal, Reliable and trustworthy
• Strong analytic and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook plus SAP
