Talent Acquisition Manager
About this position
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning and conducting recruitment processes, developing strategies, and leading branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Creativity in sourcing passive and active talents in targeted sourcing tools
• Continuously improving talent acquisition process and determining best recruiting practices
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Achieve recruitment target of self and team
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Coordinating with other HR function and another department
• Other ad-hoc as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5-7 years experience in Full-cycle recruiting, Sourcing and Employee branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• High motivation and absolute reliability, result oriented, discrete manner and fast learning
• Good communication skills and good knowledge of labor law
• Able to relocate to Bangphun Pathumthani
