Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager
About this position
The Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager will lead recruitment strategies, ensuring staffing needs align with corporate goals while creating a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
• Lead operation and branch recruitment strategies.
• Handing Manpower, Recruitment Funnel or any related report.
• Ensure that staffing needs are being met with corporate strategies.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify job requisition and candidate selection criteria.
• Source applicants through online channels and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years experience in Full-cycle recruiting.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Strong experience in mass/operation recruitment channel is a must.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
• High motivation and absolute reliability, result oriented, discrete manner and fast learning.
• Good communication skills and good knowledge of labor law.
• Experience in retail and related business will be an advantage.
• Able to relocate to Bangphun-Pathumthani office.
