About this position
ผู้จัดการสาขาจะรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานของจุดขายผลิตภัณฑ์ การจัดการสต็อก และการขายออนไลน์ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดโดยบริษัท
Responsibilities
• Operations of product sales points, product display, work procedures of employees, controlling stock of products and overseeing the process of selling products online to be in accordance with procedures to create sales as specified by company
• Manage and operations of merchandise store and online sales
• Develop and manage product stores to create satisfaction for customers and sales to meet the goals set by company
• Control movement of stock products and work in cooperation with Merchandising & Marketing Manager to find ways to distribute products
• Control sales system data to be accurate and realistic
• Sales analysis report of each branch report to relevant agencies
• Control delivery of goods to customers in case of customers purchasing products online in timeline
• Coordinate with various departments to cooperate and give opinions that are beneficial to the business
• Branch visit schedule, check arrangement of the store's stock products to be appropriate
• Manage recruitment plan of personnel for store and including planning employee training
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Have experienced of Management Shop staff as a leader
• At least 10 years working experience in Retail Business
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in English communication
• Possess a leadership style, service minded, sales oriented and able to handle multi tasks
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
