The Planogram / Schematic position involves analyzing sales and market needs to design effective planograms and category layouts, ensuring optimal product placement in stores.
Responsibilities
• Conduct an analysis of sales, sales area, market, competitors and customer needs for assortment review, planogram and category layout
• Design planogram and category layout
• Coordinate with suppliers, merchandisers, product managers and other departments on planogram matters
• Provide advice to the purchasing department to stock-in or take-out products from the planogram
• Ensure the planogram of each store is suitable, efficient and up to date
• Check the accuracy of the arrangement in the store in the case of opening new stores
• Monitor the effectiveness of the team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Proficient ability in using Microsoft Office applications
• At least 1-5 years experience in Planogramming, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning (in retail environment) is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Particularly Excel and Access
• Good analytical skills, Spaceman, Autocad or AI skills
• Good interpersonal and management skills, excellent communication, hands-on and able to perform well under pressure
