About this position
The Head of Store Operations for Dohome To go is responsible for leading store operations, developing strategic business plans, and enhancing operational productivity.
Responsibilities
• Lead Dohome To go store operations end to end.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for Dohome To go.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational productivity.
• Measure productivity and efficiency and publish a regular report together with executive summary on key highlights, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional team on the time study.
• Manage program or project according to management assignment.
• Manage and monitor the operations budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Control manpower and budget in the responsible area.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related fields.
• At least 10 years solid experience in Retail business or related fields.
• Problem-solving & Decision making skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
