About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee store performance, focusing on sales, customer service, and operational improvements.
• Set KPI and provide improvement plan for the efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead discussion on branch performance and provide solutions for service improvement as monthly basis.
• Initiating & developing manpower planning and resource requirements.
• Organizing, leading, and collaborating on the branch operation planning and also manage budget to ensure maximum output at the lowest cost consistent with desired quality.
• Review customer complaints or issues related to branch operations, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Taking an active role as part of leadership team to build winning environments for the site as well as providing input to the overall corporate plan.
• Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to maintain high standards of store operations.
• Handling other jobs as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 10 years professional experience in Retail business and related with experience of senior managerial level/production strategic team management skills.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions with an energized, creative and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Must be possessed of people management and people development with excellent problem-solving and team motivation skills.
