Head of Human Capital Development
About this position
The Head of Human Capital Development is responsible for leading the training academy, designing development plans, and supporting business units in training and development needs.
Responsibilities
• Leads as expert Training academy, designing development plan or executing the both head office and store, supporting business unit for any related.
• Working closely with every department to analyze training & development needs
• Supports management in team development projects and organization processes
• Identifies functional development needs of employees in the business unit and defining career/development plans with the related manager
• Contributes to the development and implementation of Training academy, Functional development.
• Implement HCD Foundation, Concerned Policy, Competency, Training Road Map, Career Path, Development Framework & Program and related system to support operation excellence
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Learning and development, Training academy, People and Culture Transformation or related field will be an advantage
• Professional use of MS Office
• Possess self-motivation, strong leadership and highly responsible.
• Language proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems
• Retail experience will be advantage
• Can relocate to Bangphun office
