Executive Assistant to VP HR
About this position
The Executive Assistant to the VP of HR is responsible for managing communications, preparing reports, and facilitating HR operations to support the VP effectively.
Responsibilities
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the VP, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and other correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, data, and presentations for the VP, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the VP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Research and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes and strategy development.
• Develop and streamline systematic work processes to improve the efficiency of HR operations.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations of HR activities.
• Track and monitor ongoing HR projects and ensure the successful delivery of tasks on time, both internally and externally.
• Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the VP of Human Resources.
• Assist in organizing HR events, training, and meetings, ensuring logistics and materials are in place.
• Responsible for successful delivery on time by tracking the whole operational process closely working internally and externally.
• Other ad-hoc assigned by manager including admin work.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Personal assistant, Executive assistant or Executive secretary.
• Good people skill, able to work with many cross functional teams to deliver results.
• Good logical, numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problems solving.
• Good coordination skills and good human relations.
• Ability to commute to work in Head Office Bang poon Pathum Thani.
