About this position

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and initiatives for online acquisition and conversion, while monitoring sales targets and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing marketing strategies by funnel and initiatives for Dohome online acquisition and conversion via marketing activities such as go-to-market products, marketing campaigns, and partnership.
• Monitor sales targets across various platforms and ensure that the team achieves them. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Nocnoc, Website, K+, Chat&Shop).
• Identify and resolve potential issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Merchandise team to coordinate product selections and promotional strategies.

Requirements

• ฺDegree in Business Administration and any fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in brand management, merchandising, or similar roles in FMCG or Hardline electronics products.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or own platform is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
