About this position
Data Analyst (E-commerce) is a part of Digital Marketing Department of DOHOME.
Responsibilities
• Gathering and refine raw data from diverse channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness through validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Dive into data to extract meaningful insights and trends using statistical methods, providing actionable recommendations to guide decision-making.
• Develop standard reports and dashboards that offer a clear and dynamic view of performance metrics for key user.
• Maintain and develop automated reporting systems, streamlining data analysis processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Work alongside business leaders, identifying opportunities for process improvements grounded in data-driven insights.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and the ability to write DAX.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
