The Business Development Manager (E-Commerce) is responsible for initiating and leading e-commerce projects and process excellence initiatives, focusing on productivity improvement, cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Initiate and lead Ecommerce project and process excellence projects. Project scope related but not limited to productivity improvement, cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and customer experience improvement.
• Plan and set up processes with related with IT and technology for new business launching and business expansion. Responsible for monitoring and driving KPIs to targets.
• Interface between IT and Ecommerce team to translate business requirement into action.
• Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Information management or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, Business analyst or e-commerce process management or any related.
• Experienced in e-commerce, Omni channel, Social commerce process development.
• Able to adapt to retail e-Commerce business directions and retail culture.
