About this position
The AVP Talent Acquisition will create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, lead the recruitment team, and ensure high performance in sourcing and hiring.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that is in line with the business objectives both executive and operations.
• Lead and oversee the recruitment team, offering direction, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Create and implement strategies for direct sourcing, employee referrals, and internal talent tank.
• Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for Operation recruitment include specialist role.
• Be accountable for TA metrics, such as lead time to fill, Cost per hire, Cost per channel and any related.
• Analyze and prepare hiring data and reports.
• Stay up to date with TA market trends and best practices. Contribute ideas to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• At least 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition role with proven record head of talent Acquisition at least 3 years.
• Strong relevant solid work experiences related to Talent Acquisition, Employee branding, recruitment channel strategies.
• Understand both operation recruitment and executive recruitment.
• Hands-on skills in recruitment, Engagement, Employee relation and take strategy into action.
• Experienced in retail business and mass recruitment will be advantage.
• Able to work at Bangphun (Pathumthani) office.
