Area Sales Manager (ฺBangkok)
About this position
The Area Sales Manager in Bangkok is responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and developing the sales department's potential through training and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
• Plan / Maintain the existing customer base and expand the new customers, Including conducting inspections of stores during and project customers according to the specified plan
• Manage sales target by adjusting strategies according to the situation
• Manage and develop the potential of sales department including promotion and recommend solutions to various problems.
• Training of sales staff in accordance with marketing and company policies Create a plan to stimulate sales by making decisions together with supervisors and contact and coordinate with relevant people Other tasks assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in selling construction materials and home decoration products
• Experience in selling products to B2B customers, Sub-shops and Project customers
• Have good problem-solving skills
• Hold a valid driving license and have flexibility regarding travel
• Have leadership qualities, good personality and can work as a team
