About this position

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department, ensuring compliance with financial goals, and managing the performance of subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define strategies In the accounts payable department expense account foreign payment account and document center
• Control and supervise all work in Payables Accounting Department expense account Foreign payment account and document center according to the specified goals/plans
• Control submission of budget details to internal and external auditors to timeline
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and approve employee working hours
• Control accounting records and collecting income from various discounts received from suppliers
• Check payment documents of expense accounts to send to management to approve money transfers according to timeline
• Check accuracy of month-end and year-end closing, check reconciliation of related accounts, payable aging report on time and accuracy of using IO and Cost center

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to do multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principle, taxation and other related
• Strong management skills and soft skills
• Excellent in MS Office (especially Excel) and open-minded to implement new accounting system
• High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility
• Self-motivated and self-starter with attention to detail
• Good analytical
• Proactive thinking with ‘can do’ attitude
