About this position

This is a contract role for a Video Editor Intern located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, responsible for video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics creation to support various projects and initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in editing videos for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Use video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to produce high-quality content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and innovative videos.
• Stay updated on video editing trends and techniques, particularly for social media.
• Organize and manage video files and assets efficiently.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiar with current video trends on social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Passionate about storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work are preferred.
• Prior experience (personal projects or coursework) is a plus.
• Willing to work from the office in Otista, East Jakarta.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join ASAP.
