About this position

The Production Supervisor – Cleanroom at Khao Yoi Plant is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality while leading a team in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

•Monitor, Supervise/ lead the production process (material flow and coordinate the machine setup) to production-plan. (Mechanical polishing, machined parts and welding)
•Analyzing, diagnosing and improve the production process in cooperation with the QA-department, the process engineers.
•Monitoring and improvement of the production order specifications
•Participation in CIP and 5S activities.
•Establish and keep updated of the work instructions in the production line.
•Coach and develop the working skills from the worker in the Production.
•other assigned tasks from direct supervisor.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
•At least 3-5 years of experiences in Clean Room Operation/management (preferred with Stainless-steel products) in a responsible position with an international environment.
•Good leadership, communication and teamwork with the other departments. Problem identification, analyzing and solving skills.
•Experience in department shopfloor management, manpower management, skills development in the shop floor and department leaders.
•Experience in process changes with a focus on continuous improvement from productivity and quality.
•Knowledge of SAP or ERP applications and ISO9001:2015
•Knowledge of welding, stainless steel processing (CNC machined parts and grinding/ polishing) and the international standards of Fittings, Tubing, Hoses and Valve systems for handling and transporting fluids and gases in High-Tech Industries would be advantageous.
•Good command of English language (also technical) – orally and in writing
