About this position

The Trade Marketing Manager (E-Commerce) is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing plans to support e-commerce sales goals while collaborating with various teams and analyzing market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support e-commerce sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize online promotional campaigns, including discounts, special offers, and product launches.
• Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines across all e-commerce channels.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
