Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
• Ensure sales staff comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Train and onboard new sales staff to ensure they understand product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and lead team meetings to share updates, best practices, and performance insights.
• Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Encourage the sales team to deliver outstanding service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report to management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure the proper execution of promotions, displays, and merchandising.
• Coordinate with the supply team to ensure adequate stock levels for the location.
• Oversee inventory counts, replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Maintain proper display and organization of products to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Handle administrative tasks, including staff schedules and time-off requests.
• Address any operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to higher management.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in sales supervision or retail operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and retail management systems.
