About this position
The Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) is responsible for managing key accounts, achieving business objectives, and driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship management.
Responsibilities
• Handle budget and achieve business objectives such as sales growth, profit target and market share etc.
• Plan and implement promotional strategies and tactics related to the company.
• Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
• Negotiate in terms of agreement.
• Market and competitors analysis
• Sales activities plan (Monthly and yearly)
• Sales analysis for sales volumes improvement.
• Maintain and build relationship with customer.
• Drive business outcome in modern trade.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
• At least 5 years direct experience in trading term negotiation with Modern Trade
• Strong sales & marketing analysis and negotiation skills and customer focused.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Controlling sales performance to ensure achievement of sales target.
