The Key Account Manager (E-Commerce) for FMCG (Skincare & Personalcare) is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans for assigned e-commerce accounts to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned e-commerce accounts to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at e-commerce platforms and retailers.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities with partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
