Graphic Design Manager
About this position
The Graphic Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design of graphics and artwork for various marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visuals are delivered on time while collaborating with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
• Design graphics and artwork for product packaging, digital marketing, point-of-sale materials (POSM), labels, hang tags, exhibition booths, print advertisements, layouts, and other design perspectives.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to deliver high-quality visuals and graphics within set deadlines.
• Work closely within the department and with other departments to ensure activities align with strategic objectives.
• Partner with the marketing and creative teams to plan and develop design concepts that meet brand requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and 2 years in a managerial or team leader position.
• Proficient in using Mac OS, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
• Creative and knowledgeable about modern design trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with external departments.
