Brand Manager - FMCG
About this position
The Brand Manager - FMCG is responsible for developing marketing and brand management strategies to support growth and expansion, analyzing market trends, leading product development, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Develop marketing and brand management strategies and business plan to support growth and expansion.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify business issue and opportunities.
• Lead the development of new products, from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consumer needs.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, activation etc.) to build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop compelling advertising and ensure quality reach to target consumer.
• Serve as the key contact person for all brand-related activities, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor teams, relevant departments, and external sources to execute plan that meet business objectives across Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Plan, and NPD team.
• Assist in budgeting and be accountable for financial targets, including top-line revenue, expenses, and bottom-line profitability including closely monitor A&P budget.
• Monitor market and competitor movement in order to develop plan or tactical campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee research data ex Nielsen and Euromonitor and turn all insightful data into implications.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and brand integrity.
• Support all other strategic activities and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within FMCG market.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Strong communication skill in both Thai and English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, able to perform well under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
