Brand Manager (Beauty Equipment)
About this position
The Brand Manager (Beauty Equipment) is responsible for creating and implementing business plans related to branding, marketing, and commercial activities, while ensuring the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement business plan on branding, marketing and commercial activities
• Responsible on new product concept, launching plan and strategy
• Participate and deliver idea, key performance indicators, tactical plans and strategy to ensure company strategic goals are achieved
• Coordinate and monitor team, relevant departments and external sources to implement business plan and meet company’s objectives – Sales/Trade/Marketing/DMP/NPD
• Key contact person driven to lead and coordinate with company’s department/business partners/ agency/ third parties on brands’ activities
• Assist in Budgeting and responsible for target financial income, top line, expenses and bottom line
• Complete and manage tasks under cost and timeline constraints
• Monitor competitor activity and manage tactical campaigns
• Manage any consumer and research projects – Nelson and Euromonitor
• Produce report, analysis, presentation and data base as requested by supervisor
• Support all other company strategic activities and any other duties as required
Requirements
• Minimum 5-year work experience in FMCG market, Advertising, PR, Marketing or any related field
• Master Degree in Marketing, Business Communication or any related field
• Strong knowledge background in Brand Manager, digital marketing, E-Commerce online marketing, Advertising, PR or related function
• Creative and up to date with latest trend and best practices
• Pleasant personality and excellent attitude
• Strong communication skill in Thai and English
