Furthermore, We also founded Dream Dermatology Company Limited the distributor of Oxe'Cure cosmeceutical products. About this position

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support product launches and growth strategies to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement through a comprehensive marketing approach.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches and growth strategies to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.
• Develop 360 marketing strategy that includes product, media, PR, CRM, and digital Marketing.
• Plan and execute marketing communication and activity both online and offline communication.
• Medias selection aligned with overall campaign and up to date trend.
• Manage timelines, deliverable, and performance tracking.
• Manage and allocate marketing expenses and budgets effectively, ensuring and focus on return on investments and cost-efficient campaigns.
• Work closely with internal team (Business, Sale, Merchandise, trade marketing, online sales team) to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned together.
• Analyze campaign performance data, recommendations to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Measure and tracking media investment, performance and KPIs; bring visibility on media investment amount, strategy, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Brand marketing/communication or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in brand communications.
• Strong conceptual understanding of brand building & media market & consumer insights.
• Open-mindedness.
• Effective in time management, plan execution and budget management.
• Knowledgeable about the Thai market’s trends with relevant product.
• Familiar with influencers and KOLs for different categories of the business.
