About this position

The Controller Officer is responsible for managing budget expenditures, overseeing the budget approval process, and preparing financial reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Control budget expenditures to align with the correct cost group.
• Manage and oversee the budget approval process.
• Prepare monthly budget usage forecast reports.
• Prepare monthly actual budget usage reports compared to the set budget.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for presentation to management.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business management, preferably in the hair equipment, hair care, small appliance and beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and financial principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving business goals and driving growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
