Human Resource Leader
About this position
The Human Resource Leader will be responsible for managing payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and administrative tasks. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years of HR experience, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and English communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Calculate salaries, wages, and other compensation such as commissions, overtime, and benefits
• Coordinate various compensations and benefits such as bonuses, legal holidays, social security, health insurance, savings, and retirement funds
• Monitor attendance for bonus evaluation and employee salary increments
• Record employee data including work history, salary information, and promotions
• Check disbursements from subcontracting companies
• Track and evaluate employee performance, analyze and develop employee abilities for management
• Prepare reports such as monthly turnover, contract renewals, fingerprint scanning systems, various programs
• Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee records, issue various certifications such as salary certificates
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Personnel Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
• Good communication skills in English
