Supervisor Key Account Management
About this position
The Supervisor Key Account Management is responsible for implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key customers, and ensuring effective promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Implement the sales plan/strategies and promotional activities as planned (in-store activities, shelf display, shelf space and consumer promotion etc.) to achieve the sales target as defined by Key Account Manager/Brand Manager
• Monitor stock level of key customers by top branches
• Keep close contacts/relationships with the Purchasing Manager, Pharmacists, Store’s staffs and Area manager to ensure the promotion activity has been effectively implemented as agreed
• Coordinate and prioritize the product training courses for key customers
• Remind the key messages (selling points, product knowledge) of the focused products to Purchasing Managers, Drugstore’s Pharmacists and Area Managers and ensure the key points have been delivered properly (if needed)
• Consolidate the merchandising audit data from Key Account staffs and submit to Key Account Manager/Brand Manager with immediate action proposal if the promotion implementation is deviated from agreement
• Provide activities report, competitor’s update, Customer information and market situation in each account to the Key Account Manager/Brand Manager
• Work closely with Key Account staff to ensure the effective activity implementation and assist Key Account Manager to organize the product training for Key Account staff
• Perform other task assigned by superiors
• Support team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
• Support learning and development of team and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
