About this position

Provide timely and effective administrative support to the aftermarket sales & service team: Part & Filters products.

Responsibilities

• Organized and able to process orders via email, Ms Team, or phone
• Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Provide shipping documents which are dispatched accurately and timely
• Answer internal customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
• Communicate with staff in other areas in the company, such as Logistics and Distribution Center to confirm the status of orders and shipment
• Use databases or other computerized systems to track the status of backorders
• Provide daily order intake report
• Perform background information on Customer accounts to support the sales team's activities
• Coordinate with sales team and Distribution Center for goods return management and prepare goods return report
• Run standard calculations to accurately compile and prepare report statistics such as BFC report, daily order report.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
• Input freight & handling cost data into SAP
• Issue PR and PO

Requirements

• Able to work with SAP
• Having experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and work independently
• Able to communicate in English; both spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relate field
