About this position

The Specialist, Medical Sales (Hematology oncology) position is responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with key opinion leaders, and coordinating marketing activities in the oncology field.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed all sales plans and target
• Establish and maintain relationship with Key Opinion Leader (Doctors) by providing product presentation and discussion with doctors related to the information and latest up-date on company's oncology products
• Identify targeted doctors, visiting doctors in systematically manner, analyze and evaluate total prescription of company's products from the doctors
• Coordinate and monitor stock and distribution of company's products in the respective coverage area
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing plan/strategies
• Develop and maintain product and medical knowledge
• Initiate the development of marketing activities and ensures it’s fully conversant with the product range in the assigned area
• Perform other task assigned by superior

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in specialty care portfolios, such as Oncology or Hematology.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
• Problem solving & Decision-Making skill
• Negotiation skill
• Result oriented soft skills
• Interpersonal skill
• Have a car and driver's license
