About this position

The Specialist HR Master Data and Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR information in the personnel database, managing employee lifecycle updates, and participating in audits and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the HR information in the personnel database and making corrections to the information as required.
• In collaboration with the HR Managers, manage the administration of the employee lifecycle from hire to exit by ensuring timely and accurate updates to employee master data and maintaining employee personnel files.
• Processes the record updates for all personnel transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and evaluations in a timely manner.
• Identify, advocate for and lead local process improvement efforts for HR Operations.
• Participate on special projects requiring HR Operations expertise and serve as lead for efficient HR workstreams.
• Participate in external audits and internal audits in collaboration with Payroll and Total Rewards.
• Monitor interfaces between HR system, Fidelity and Payroll and work collaboratively with Payroll to address issues.
• Reporting on HR data, systems as well as databases incurred on HR operations

Requirements

• Demonstrate general knowledge and understanding of labor regulations relating to human resources.
• Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (ie. SAP HR, SuccessFactors or others) including familiar with time management & payroll systems will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate fluency in English (Both written and spoken).
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-culture interactions.
• Adapt at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
