About this position

The Senior Marketing Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, maintaining social media presence, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

Digital marketing
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns and maintain our social media presence
• Performance monitoring for social media & website and conversion tests
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly

Communication
• Help implement communication strategies
• Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
• Oversee and help set guidelines for online and phone communications with clients, customers

Research
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Monitor the market and review the existing products continuously
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in E-commerce (b2b e-commerce is a plus)
• Able to Create reports on above both platforms or on Google Analytics
• Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
