About this position

Develop, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of Group-wide employee experience, engagement, recognition, and diversity programs to nurture a strong company culture, build high-performing teams, and ensure high levels of business performance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior leaders to gather insights on needs and opportunities related to company culture or related areas such as employee engagement, diversity, recognition, and sustainability.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, areas of concern, and actionable insights; report data and recommend actions in a clear and compelling way.
• Design, implement, and manage projects and initiatives related to company culture (for example, employee engagement surveys, diversity reporting, employee recognition, senior leadership meetings, etc.).
• Facilitate senior leaders in workshops and learning settings, especially around tools such as high-performing teams and diversity; these workshops include both standard content and ad hoc needs.
• Educate HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on the use of tools and systems related to culture such as engagement surveys, diversity reporting, etc.
• Coordinate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on reporting, inquiries, and ad hoc requests including the completion of annual sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional HR projects related to culture (capability development, talent management, recruitment, etc.)

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage global projects within a dynamic environment and deliver quality results, on time and within scope.
• Demonstrated understanding of concepts and factors related to developing an organization’s culture, strengthening employee engagement, and creating diverse and inclusive organizations.
• Demonstrated skill in data collection, reporting, and analytics with the ability to draw meaningful and actionable insights and communicate them to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
• Demonstrated appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity tools and HR-related software systems such as Glint (for surveys) and SAP SuccessFactors, and experience working with internal stakeholders and vendors to customize vendor solutions.
• Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Having proficiency in a second working language is an advantage, particularly languages of East or South East Asia
