About this position

The Assistant, Talent Acquisition position is a 1-year contract role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and providing support to the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Develop, manage and generate recruitment reports on a weekly basis

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, people-oriented, and result-driven.
• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, social media, and HR tools.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment
